Unlike standard units, our Phase I units are brand-new, white 8’ x 20’ steel storage containers. These specialized units offer 160 square feet of space with an 8.5-foot ceiling height, making them tall enough to accommodate bulky furniture and large contents from a 3-4 bedroom home. Additionally, these units feature insulated roofs to minimize condensation and are elevated to ensure your belongings stay dry and protected from Regina’s extreme weather and snowmelt.
Yes. While our office follows standard business hours, the Hwy 1 West South Service Road facility provides 24/7 gate access for all tenants. Once you receive your personalized electronic access code, you can drive up to your unit or parking stall whenever it fits your schedule—whether it’s early morning before a fishing trip or late at night. Our facility is fully paved, ensuring that even large RVs and trailers have a smooth, mud-free path to their spots year-round.
Our Hwy 1 location is a high-security 5-acre facility that features a live-in manager who resides on-site, providing an extra layer of human oversight that traditional "unmanned" facilities lack. This is combined with a fully fenced perimeter and a state-of-the-art 24/7 video surveillance system. This "double-tier" security approach ensures that there is always a presence on the property to monitor the site and respond quickly to any concerns.
